Example: If you pay $80 inc shipping on our website for an order, you may be required to pay $8 (10%) to your local courier or customs office to release the order state side.

The sixth round of negotiations concluded in February 2024, with both parties committed to finalising a comprehensive and modern agreement. Due to the nature of our service and products, we only accept returns if the parcel or items are damaged/defective.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
When returning goods for a refund they should be returned in the same condition as you received them/ Suitable packaging should be used to protect the items for transport. Any items damaged due to non compliance will result in either reduced refund or no refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost for the shipping will need to be covered by the customer. This also may result in being disposed of it refusal of covering the return shipping.
Your Refund:
The total value of the gift box/boxes returned to us will be refunded to the same account payment was from, upon the gift box/boxes being returned safely to us. The refunded amount will show in your account within 7 working days, though typically this happens sooner.
