Please Note: All shipping information must be correct to ensure a safe delivery. Whereas we will do all we can to assist any changes, entering an incorrect shipping address may result in an order not arriving and you will not be eligible for a refund should the items go missing in transit. In the event your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a new shipment fee of £3.50 will have to be processed to cover the costs incurred for shipping a second time; this is due to the service we offer having been completed and paid for once already. Should the items no longer be desired upon the goods being returned to us, a refund can be processed however the
the first shipment fee will be retained to cover the cost of shipping the order initially.
Due to the nature of our service and products, we only accept returns if the parcel or items are damaged/defective.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
When returning goods for a refund they should be returned in the same condition as you received them/ Suitable packaging should be used to protect the items for transport. Any items damaged due to non compliance will result in either reduced refund or no refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost for the shipping will need to be covered by the customer. This also may result in being disposed of it refusal of covering the return shipping.
