Due to the nature of our service and products, we only accept returns if the parcel or items are damaged/defective.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
When returning goods for a refund they should be returned in the same condition as you received them/ Suitable packaging should be used to protect the items for transport. Any items damaged due to non compliance will result in either reduced refund or no refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost for the shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
